WE'RE SORRY

MISLEADING AI ADVERTISEMENTS

Update — 28/05/2026

Last week, misleading discount advertisements were circulated using our name. These have now been removed. All new advertisements and communications you may see from now on are once again legitimate and officially issued by us.

Although we found this situation very unfortunate, we would like to emphasize that your personal data has never been at risk at any point.

Dear customer,

Misleading discount advertisements are circulating in our name. The advertisements
promise a discount, but when you click through, no discount can be applied.
These are, on the one hand, old sale advertisements from the previous winter season, and on the other hand, unusable discount codes.

We are currently not offering any discounts, and we are not creating these advertisements ourselves.

The cause lies with an AI function that Meta — the company behind Instagram and Facebook — recently activated. This function autonomously generates new advertisements,
against our will and without our knowledge, but in our name. Our account is, as it were, 'hijacked' by the platform on which we advertise. An absurd situation that we will not accept.

We are very concerned about this situation and are doing everything we can to put an end to these misleading advertisements, but we are currently fighting against an invisible force.

We have been working for years with a specialized external advertising agency, and together we are doing everything in our power to get these misleading advertisements offline as quickly as possible. So far, we have hit a wall with Meta — but we keep pushing.

We know that other brands are currently experiencing the same thing. Nevertheless, we believe it is important to come forward ourselves, inform you, and communicate transparently, as you have always expected from us.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
